Beta terms and the proposed guarantee

What is available now

The current version offers a free manual audit and an interactive example. Where account access is enabled, you can save audits and example case histories. It does not scan email, contact a provider, change a service, or charge a fee. Example accounts, prices and offers are fictional. A manual report is based solely on the bills you enter and is not a verified record of your accounts.

The intended paid service

At launch, the proposed reduction run will cover up to three supported-provider negotiations for a fixed fee of £10 for UK households or $15 for US households. The free audit will continue to require no payment card. Live service scope, provider availability, complete operator details and the applicable customer agreement will be shown before a paid run can start.

Every offer needs your approval

You will see price, discount duration, later pricing, fees, contract length and service changes before accepting an offer. A cancellation, longer signup, new commitment, credit check or service downgrade requires an explicit decision. Approval of one offer does not authorise a different offer.

The proposed savings guarantee

The success fee becomes payable only after savings actually realised from approved changes, less unavoidable change costs, exceed the complete fee. Suggestions, forecasts and unaccepted offers do not count. Savings equal to the fee do not qualify for a charge.

If enough savings cannot be verified within the run’s disclosed 90-day verification window, the fee is waived. If corrected evidence later shows the guarantee was not met after payment, the fee is refunded. The implementation must retain evidence of the agreed price and guarantee version for each run.

Limits of an audit

Email is evidence of billing, not proof of usage. Do not cancel a service solely because receipts contain no activity. Check family use, contract conditions, features, fees and renewal dates. Provider offers and eligibility can change; an estimate is not a live quote.

Project status

This page describes a product under development. No paid contract is entered into by trying the current demo or manual audit. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
